Welcome!

Welcome to my scrapbook... I place where I pen down those thoughts which I rarely discuss with anybody...

This blog is meant for me to lodge in my random thoughts... These thoughts mostly some association with something going around me... Some are inspirations... Most will be dark... I dunno if anyone ever would be interested in reading them...

Convincingly False!!

Oxygen is a very toxic gas and an extreme fire hazard. It is fatal in concentrations of as little as 0.000001 p.p.m. Humans exposed to the oxygen concentrations die within a few minutes. Symptoms resemble very much those of cyanide poisoning (blue face, etc.). In higher concentrations, e.g. 20%, the toxic effect is somewhat delayed and it takes about 2.5 billion inhalations before death takes place. The reason for the delay is the difference in the mechanism of the toxic effect of oxygen in 20% concentration. It apparently contributes to a complex process called aging, of which very little is known, except that it is always fatal.

However, the main disadvantage of the 20% oxygen concentration is in the fact it is habit forming. The first inhalation (occurring at birth) is sufficient to make oxygen addiction permanent. After that, any considerable decrease in the daily oxygen doses results in death with symptoms resembling those of cyanide poisoning.

Oxygen is an extreme fire hazard. All of the fires that were reported in the continental U.S. for the period of the past 25 years were found to be due to the presence of this gas in the atmosphere surrounding the buildings in question.

Oxygen is especially dangerous because it is odorless, colorless and tasteless, so that its presence can not be readily detected until it is too late.

The secret of Apartments...

Ever wondered why an Apartment is so called?

It teaches us to stay apart... Families don't stay in apartments do they? They live in homes...

Yes, We've got ourselves a great HRD minister.

"I want to get rid of coaching classes by 2011." ~ Kapil Sibal

Kapil Sahab, I really appreciate your sense of humor! With all due respect, I understand that your statement is simply meant to lighten up everyone's mood in this festive season, when more than half of the country's major sweets manufacturing centers are being raided for adulteration in their stuff.

Did you know that such a statement can jeopardise your vote bank? Do you not see how attached are parents and students to them? Or do you simply think that Coaching Classes as an autonomy are a blot on the education system and hence the futile statement? I wonder what ran through your mind, But let me give you a glimpse of what kind of relationship the society and coaching classes share... Firstly, if you haven't realised Coaching Classes are a byproduct of the flaws in the education system itself.

Recall how many students committed suicide in your days when they flunked or even scored less marks leaving them ineligible for admissions at pretigious institutions? Almost none? Why? Didn't the students then didn't want to make a good name for themselves and their families? So why has suddenly every parent been gripped by the mania of making their child stand in the line of toppers and rankers? The competition Kapil Sahab, the competition.

C for Coding, C for Classical music.

Classical music playing in the background whilst coding really helps concentrate. I tried with different varieties. Santana, LP, Iron Maiden, Creed, Kishor Da, Bollywood stuff, Rahat Fateh Ali Khan to name a few artists...

I find all of them too distracting. Primarily because they all are laden with lyrics and emotions. And at some point of time my mind started drifting in their tunes... either into memories, woes... And thats where I found shiv kumar sharma's santoor, bismilah khan's shennai pretty good.

They all play music. PURE MUSIC. Maybe I couldn't figure out what emotions they wanted to portray. Good for me! Emotions are one thing I want to stay away from when I code.

It's so much fun to sit and watch your code run ingeniously. And it runs flawlessly only when you've coded, tested it whole heartedly without anything else in mind.

No offence to those whose favorite musicians where not named here... I'm a man of simple taste and small world when it comes to music. I listen to a very limited number of artists... And I'm too lazy to try new stuff. As far classical music is concerned I like it soft. Santoor, Sitar, Tabla and Shennai is all what I listen to. Again! Don't ask me the artist's name. I only know Shiv Kumar Sharma and Bismillah Khan.

Consumed by a stroke of anger, hatred & anguish... I see myself destroying every pleasant memory I've had of the beautiful thing ever happened to me... I guess this is it... The end is not far... Everything comes to an end someday... The happy days are over...

Nothing makes sense at the moment... After all these years when someone fails to understand some constraints of life... It hurts... And yet we are the ones to be blamed... Tagged as unaffectionate... uncaring... and most of all... Tagged as a nasty opportunist!!! Oh yes! Thank you, I appreciate your thoughts and beliefs... But I simply cannot take em anymore...
